Educational Qualification: B.Sc./ B.Tech in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Agriculture/ Life Science with at least second division from a recognised university. M.Sc./M.Tech. in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Food and Nutrition with minimum OCPA 6.5/10 or 65 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent.
Knowledge of Punjabi up to metric level. Desirable
Preference will be given to a candidate having working experience in related areas, exposure to basics of dairy product quality analysis with working knowledge of analytical equipment and statistical analysis
Pay Scale: INR Rs. 25,000+20% HRA (per month)
Age Limit: As Per Rules.
The candidates are requested to submit/send their bio-data along with one set of photocopies of all related documents with a recent passport size photograph on or before 18/09/2017 up to 5.00 P.M. The interview will be held on 19/09/2017 at 11.00 AM in the O/o the undersigned. No TA/DA is permissible for appearing in the interview and no separate letter for the interview will be issued.
